Belen Meadows Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, needs more CNA's to work on a hallway. I have observed only one CNA for the entire facility working the night shift, I'm sure it has been reported before. Reports don't seem to be reviewed, cause the same thing still keeps on happening. When a resident turns on the help light it goes unanswered for over 30 minutes. Portable oxygen tanks are sometimes left empty & the patient has a tube connected but there is no oxygen coming out either cause its empty or tank is so old it does not work. Belen Meadows needs more CNA's to work the hallways & take more responsibility in taking care of the residents (most of them cannot walk and require oxygen) They need to get new oxygen tanks. The food needs to be fully cooked.
